After Sophie revealed she moved out of Rob’s home after discovering some “disgusting” videos on his phone, fans are wondering if the couple is still together today.

Sophie and Rob – who are both mixed race – met after she followed “Instagram pages for cute mixed-race guys.” Shortly after they connected, Rob asked if they could FaceTime. While Sophie initially thought the request was weird, she admitted she liked the suggestion and they FaceTimed for eight hours.

“I do care about looks. I care about both looks and personality. But I care a lot about looks too. I feel like I’m a good-looking guy, so people can kiss my ass on me being shallow and wanting a good-looking girl, but I’m gonna keep it real,” Rob said in a confessional by reflecting on what drew him to Sophie. “I wanted a fine-ass woman, and Sophie is the hottest person I’ve been with and that’s what I’ve been looking for.”

Sophie, who was raised in Spain but is an England native, traveled to Los Angeles and spent two months getting to know Rob.

As their relationship got more serious, Sophie said she wanted a K-1 visa, which allows foreign citizens to travel to the United States if they’re engaged to a resident. Rob was initially nervous about the idea, though ultimately agreed.

Rob explained that Sophie has “spoiled rich girl tendencies” that made him nervous. Sophie, who comes from a wealthy family, was even outspoken about not liking his studio apartment.

Another problem that the TLC stars faced is that Sophie’s mother doesn’t seem to be a fan of Rob. During a phone call, her mother referred to Sophie’s partner as the nickname “Rob the Knob.”

On the January 7, 2023, episode, Sophie’s mother visited the couple. Ahead of the visit, Sophie was worried that Rob would not get along with her mom and he admitted that he felt like her mother was a “wrench” in their relationship.

Things got off to a bad start when the trio met up, as Rob called Sophie’s mom “aggressive” and she got offended. The tension lasted throughout the meeting and got worse when Sophie’s mother visited the duo at Rob’s apartment. Rob promised Sophie that he would “be nice,” but her mother did not hide that she was unimpressed with the place, which she called a “man cave.”

Sophie’s mom told Rob to be a “real man” and find a bigger place than his studio apartment for him and Sophie to live in together. He stormed out of the house after becoming upset by her comments.

Sophie and Rob hit a big roadblock in their relationship during the October 29 episode when Sophie revealed that she was on the fence about having children. She revealed that she wasn’t sure if she wanted to be pregnant, which was an issue for Rob, who was certain he wanted to have kids. She admitted to his sister that she wasn’t sure she could have kids because of a uterine issue. Though Rob’s sister shared the medical secret with him, he still said he “could not walk down the aisle today” if they weren’t on the same page about kids.

Rob’s friend Tor’i also distrusted Sophie as he claimed he saw her on a dating app the last time she was in Los Angeles. Sophie admitted to being on a dating app but said she was using the “best friends” mode to find friends overseas.

“If you’re on a dating app and you’re meeting other girls, I would think that you’re into girls or something like that,” Tor’i told producers during the November 5, 2023, episode. “In my experience with dating apps, you’re on there to date, I don’t know too much about making friends.”

Sophie proved her point when she invited her friend Soraya on a night out and Soraya confirmed to Tor’i that they met through the “friends’ side” of the dating app in 2019.

“That same app that I met Soraya on, I’m still on that app to make friends because I don’t know anyone out here,” the U.K. native admitted in a private confessional. “And there’s bi women on the friend side, like you can be bi or gay and still look for friends. So, it’s like, I do have the option, I guess of asking them. Well, as long as I don’t do anything to disrespect him, it’s like I feel like I should be allowed to do that.”

Before Sophie had a chance to reveal her sexual orientation to Rob, cameras documented the social media influencer as she abruptly moved out of Rob’s apartment after going through his phone and finding sexual conversations with several women online.

“I went on this one app and, like basically he’s been getting, like, disgusting videos from other women and asking for nudes,” Sophie explained, noting the idea to search his phone came from a dream she had the night before. “No one wants to see their partner, you know, get turned on for anyone other than them. If you’re getting pictures from another person that’s not your partner and j–king off to them and watching all this disgusting stuff and requesting videos and having a fun time with some other partner, that’s cheating.”

Sophie rented a temporary room in the area as she decided how to deal with Rob’s infidelity.

“I don’t want to throw away my whole life that I’ve been trying to build, to be in L.A. with Rob, it’s like I’ve got, I have to give up that, I have to give up that dream,” she explained. “And he just gets to live the same life with no consequences. He doesn’t have to leave. He just gets to do what he’s doing.”

Rob insisted that the conversation Sophie saw on his phone was “months old” from before her visa was even accepted. He compared it to “free porn from a random person.”

Sophie eventually allowed Rob to come to her rental so they could talk. When she asked him why he had those conversations, he did not have an answer. However, he assured Sophie that he’s been “committed” to her since she landed in Los Angeles. He vowed to make it up to her and she said she would be willing to work through it. Sophie agreed to take Rob back but questioned how she would regain trust in him.

Sophie said she did not consider Rob’s sexual conversations as “cheating.”

As the two continued to work on their relationship, they got into another explosive fight on the December 17, 2023, episode of 90 Day Fiancé. When a shop worker propositioned them for a threesome, Rob didn’t want to give an answer, which upset Sophie.

“If you didn’t want to do it, you would’ve said no,” Sophie insisted. “We’re not even married yet and you’re thinking about f–ing other people. You’re supposed to say no. You know I wouldn’t let you have sex with someone else, Rob. The point is I have trust issues and you disrespected me.”

Rob refused to apologize and things got so heated that he admitted he wasn’t sure he even wanted to marry Sophie anymore. “I don’t really want to go through that,” he shared. “If I were in that shop and I saw a couple screaming at each other, I would say they shouldn’t be together. So, it’s hard to understand fully what to think.”

After the fight, they both agreed to move on from the situation. However, tension continued to build as they cohabitated within the small confines of Rob’s apartment.

Neither Sophie nor Rob have confirmed the status of their relationship. However, one clue that they called it quits is that they don’t follow each other on Instagram as of January 2024. Fans noticed that they had stopped following each other on the social media site in the fall of 2023 and Sophie moved into her own apartment around that time.

In January 2024, an eagle-eyed fan noticed proof that Sophie and Rob may have been trying to throw people off by not following each other. The fan noticed a neon pink sign in the background of one of Rob’s Instagram stories and pointed out that the same sign was visible in an Instagram reel on Sophie’s page.
