’90 Day Fiancé’ Star Ashley Martson ‘Regrets’ Her Heated Fight Scene With Jay Smith

“I haven’t watched it but I know what’s coming. Yes, it gets heated. Yes, I regret what happens but when you’re in the heat of the moment and feel your whole world crumbling down around you, sometimes you make poor decisions. I’m human,” the Mechanicsburg, PA native wrote in an Instagram Story message.

In the weeks leading up to the episodes 9 and 10, in which Ashley found out about Jay’s cheating scandal and then confronted him about it, Ashley explained to her fans and followers that she would not be tuning in.

Instead, Ashley headed off on a cruise vacation where she had very limited access to social media — which may have been a good idea because she got a ton of backlash online after the episodes aired.

During episode 10, TLC cameras captured the moment that Ashley confronted Jay in person when he stopped by their marital home to collect his belongings.

Ashley and a pal were sitting in her living room on her couch, waiting for Jay to walk through the door. As soon as he entered the living room, Ashley went off. “You’re a f—king piece of s—t, I hope you know that,” Ashley told Jay.

She confronted him about his confession because at first, he claimed that he only received oral sex from the other woman. But the other woman told Ashley that she and Jay did “pretty much anything that you could think of,” during their bathroom hookup.

Jay tried to explain. “I didn’t say she just sucked my d—k,” he told his wife. “I said she offered, and then everything happened.”

But Ashley believed that her husband had more than just oral sex with the other woman. “You’re full of s—t, you’re f—king disgusting, you’re full of s—t so stop f—king lying. You’re a piece of f—king s—t. That’s what you are. I hope you know that. I hope your d—k f—king shrivels off and you f—king rot in hell and f—kng die. That’s what I f—king hope happens to you, you son of a f—king bitch,” she told him.

The Jamaica native fell silent and Ashley continued her expletive-filled rant at her husband. “Take your s—t and get the f—k out of my house,” she said. “Way to use someone for a green card. It’s funny you have nothing to say now. But you were fine and f—king dandy putting your d—k in some f—king disgusting bitch in the f–king public bathroom. What do you have to say for yourself? Are you f—king proud?”

That’s when Jay finally spoke up and asked his wife, “Whose fault is that?” That was clearly the wrong move because Ashley completely lost her cool.
“What the f—k do you mean whose fault is it?” she said, getting up from the couch and getting in her husband’s face. “Is it my fault? Is it my f—king fault?” Jay got up to leave at that point, and that’s when Ashley put her hands on him.

“Get your f—king ass out of my house,” she said as she continued to hit him. “Yo, listen,” Jay said as he tried to grab Ashley by her arms. That’s when Ashley’s friend got in between them, holding Ashley back.

Ashley’s friend escorted Jay out the door, but since Jay is not from America and he moved from Jamaica to marry Ashley, he did not have anywhere to go. He stood outside of Ashley’s house to talk to the show’s producers. Ashley realized that Jay was still outside of her home, so she decided to call the cops so they could escort him from her property.

But when Ashley called the cops, she also told them that Jay was an “illegal immigrant,” which would get him in trouble with ICE. When the police arrived, they asked Jay if a domestic violence incident had occurred, and he lied and told them, “No.” After that, the officers brought Jay into the house. He sat down on the couch and as they questioned him about his visa, he started to cry.

Many fans were outraged that Ashley would put her hands on Jay, then call the cops on him and expose his status in the states to get him in deeper trouble.

“Ashley, I went from annoyed with you, to furious after the preview. He’s a 20-year-old black man AND trying to get citizenship. Only [people] in more danger than men of color are immigrants. He’s BOTH & you call the cops? 😒#90DayFiance,” one fan wrote, and another commented, “Ashley is a bitch! She should’ve been put in handcuffs for assault. Don’t [ever] put your hands on someone, then act like the victim calling the police. #90DayFiance.”
