Will 90 Day Fiancéstar Larissa Dos Santos Lima get deported? The TLC reality TV star is facing the possibility of being sent back to her native country of Brazil if she gets convicted of domestic violence against her estranged husband, Colt Johnson. In an exclusive interview with In Touch ahead of his divorce party at Crazy Horse III in Las Vegas on Friday, March 1, Colt, 33, shared an update on Larissa’s immigration status and he revealed his true feelings about whether his 32-year-old ex should be allowed to stay in the United States. “I have no idea whether she’ll be deported or not,” Colt exclusively told In Touch.

“Ultimately I don’t really care,” he continued.

“I am trying to cancel her green card application,” Colt revealed, confirming that Larissa does not have her green card yet.

“I don’t want to be responsible for her for any amount of time. So that is my objective now,” he added.

Colt brought the Brazilian beauty to the United States using the K-1 visa, which allows the fiancé or fiancée of an American citizen to enter the country under the condition that the couple will get married within 90 days from the foreigner’s arrival. If they do not get married within 90 days, the foreigner will have to return to their native country.

After the marriage, the foreigner will be allowed to apply for a green card in order to legally live in America, and their American spouse will have to agree to become their “sponsor.” This means that if Larissa gets her green card, Colt will be financially responsible for Larissa for 10 years.

It’s unclear if Larissa will be able to find or choose another sponsor for her green card application.

“I don’t really understand that. It’s complicated. There’s a lot of grey areas,” Colt told In Touch.

Unfortunately for Larissa, there are two deciding factors that could end in her being deported: not only could she be deported if she is convicted of domestic violence, but she could also face deportation if her marriage to Colt is annulled.

Larissa was arrested and charged for domestic violence three times since June 2018, and her most recent arrest was in January. Her most recent charge is pending and she is currently awaiting trial.

“Getting sent back to Brazil is Larissa’s worst nightmare, so she’s been keeping herself out of trouble,” a source close to Larissa told Life & Style Weekly.

“She’s had no communication with Colt and talks with her lawyers almost every day to make sure she’s doing everything right,” the insider continued.
