Anfisa, 23, has been prepping her own food and the brunette beauty previously revealed that she dropped an impressive 26 pounds.

Contrary to popular belief, she’s not vegan or vegetarian. “I try to eat healthy,” Anfisa said in a recent YouTube video, while noting how she dines at home as much as possible.

The reality star shared that she’s been cutting carbs, exercising, and ditching greasy foods. That explains why she proudly cooks in her underwear. C’est la vie!

“You need to keep track of your progress,” Anfisa advised her followers while sharing her secrets to success. “If it’s something you can measure then you can improve.”

Seriously, with three meals and plenty of snacks throughout the day, Anfisa’s healthy eating plan is very doable! Of course, she also hits the gym too for those extra gains!
