’90 Day Fiancé’ Star Kalani Gives Birth, Welcomes Baby No. 2 With Husband Asuelu

He’s Here!

Kalani shared the big news with her followers via Instagram on May 8. “Our baby was worth the contractions 😝 New vlog is up now,” she wrote.

So what’s their little one’s name? Kennedy!

Surprise!

Kalani opened up about her pregnancy on the December 16 episode of the hit reality show. “A few days ago, we kind of stumbled upon a surprise,” she revealed. “I found out that I’m pregnant.”

“I should be excited,” she said. “But I feel like it’s not good timing right now with his papers and the next round of papers we have to do and planning a wedding and taking care of my son.”

The reality star explained how she was already trying to be the best mother possible to Oliver, and was worried about the impact of having another child so soon.

On the other hand, Asuelu was thrilled to discover that Kalani was pregnant! The TLC alum talked about how elated he was on the show.

“I am very happy to make a baby … I come from a big family. I have lots of siblings. So it’s like a good feeling for me to have a son. And, my son have another siblings,” he shared.

Of course, it didn’t take long for Kalani to get excited about expanding her family. In January 2019, she took to Instagram with a big announcement for her followers.

“We’re having another boy!” the reality star wrote. “I’m now 24 weeks and due at the end of April.”

The TLC alum has been sharing some updates on her pregnancy journey via social media, posting baby bump photos and sweet snaps of her family along the way.

In February 2019, Kalani shared an adorable snap of Asuelu cradling her baby bump tagged in Long Beach, CA. “Favorite city with my favorite people,” she gushed.

Getting Candid

On March 26, the 90DF star revealed why she hasn’t been sharing “many” pregnancy updates, explaining that she hasn’t been doing well — both physically and mentally.

Preparations Underway

Along with her update, Kalani shared a sweet video showing her baby kicking in her belly. “I’m so thankful that my mom’s in town for a while so I can have a break and finally start nesting,” she wrote.

“I’m fortunate to have such strong women in my life who help me when I’m struggling,” the reality star continued. Dream team!

Sparks Are Flying

Meanwhile, Asuelu and Kalani have been going strong for some time. The couple met while she was on vacation in Samoa and got married in September 2018, taking their relationship to the next level during season 6 of 90 Day Fiancé.

Living It Up

The couple celebrated Oliver’s first birthday in January 2019, and they pulled out the stops for the special occasion. Oliver, Asuelu and his family members were clad in traditional Polynesian outfits typically worn during a Siva Samoa dance and it appears they had a blast.
