On February 10, Ashley took to Instagram with a statement. “I’m breaking the NDA and surprise: Jay and I have never separated since we were married,” she wrote. “Breaking the NDA means I won’t be paid a dime for future shows,” Ashley added. “We we’re made to act as if our relationship was no longer active.”

Looking forward, Ashley and Jay will continue to “work on their brand” and they also have a pajama and underwear line coming out. Ashley said she’ll definitely be focusing on her health and will be having surgery on February 12 amid her battle with lupus.
