Lately, 90 Day Fiancé star Fernanda Flores hasn’t been pulling any punches when it comes to talking about her ex, Jonathan Rivera. Now, she’s also throwing them. In a recent Instagram Story, the TLC star got a little feisty as she posted an epic workout video — and joked that the punching bag she was hitting was actually her ex. Hard Feelings

Ever since Jonathan started hinting at a split before confirming the couple’s separation in January, these two have been pretty much at each other’s throats, even blocking each other on Instagram.

Lashing Out

Though the Spanish-speaking beauty first took a social media hiatus following her breakup, she soon returned to her online platform with a vengeance, boldly stating, “I married a narcissist.”

Public Dragging

“You want to know what happened?” Fernanda, 20, asked her fans on January 25 after fielding plenty of comments about her split. Sharing a list of narcissistic traits, she quoted, “Nothing will ever be his fault. He’ll never be there for you. Ever. No matter what.”

Call Out

“He will always be the ‘tragic’ victim,” she continued. “He will never see you, your need, your love, your pain, your loneliness, your accomplishments. Everything will be about him. His way or the highway.”

Stepping Away

The young star seemed like she was still stunned by her breakup. A few days later, she even admitted, “I was going through something that I never [thought] will happen to me being so young. … I left social media 100% to focus [on] my mental and physical health.”

Going Forward

Though Fernanda expressed that she felt like it was “time to move on” just one month after she and Jonathan called it quits, it seemed like she was having actual trouble moving forward.

Serious Allegations

Months later, the 20-year-old was still explaining herself — and her breakup — to fans. “You have to learn that [just] because man is ‘providing,’ we [don’t] have to endure the lack of respect and abuse,” she said in a comment.

Strong Woman

“Learn, women, that we can provide [for ourselves],” she continued. In an emotional video shared in June, she added, “He did not have my best interests in mind. … I was afraid for my life.”

Work It Out

Now, she’s getting some of those hurt feelings and that aggression out at the gym. While going to the gym with a friend, she did all kinds of exercises, and one included hitting a punching bag while doing sit-ups.

Pulling Punches

“Now pretend [your] ex is in the middle,” her friend joked. On Tuesday, July 3, Fernanda reposted the video on her own story — and it was clear she wasn’t holding back as she swung at the bag.

Taking Shots

If you believe the claims in Fernanda’s now-deleted video, it’s clear she has plenty of emotions that she’s still working through, and the gym is a healthy way to go about it.

Clapping Back

But Jonathan tells a different story, and he’s called out some of her claims before. In June, before Fernanda shared the video, he exclusively told In Touch her allegations are “completely false.”

Unfounded Accusations

“The divorce papers were signed yesterday and I’m moving on with my life,” he said. “It’s sad to see that once I’ve moved on and am happy, she comes out with these false accusations.”

No Comment

The star, who had recently gone public with his new girlfriend, seemed to imply that Fernanda was lashing out because of jealousy or for revenge. “I’m no longer responding to these ridiculous claims, I’m only looking forward to the great things that lie ahead,” he added.

As for any fans wondering about the timeline of Jonathan’s breakup and his new relationship, he also insisted that he never cheated. “I met my girlfriend months after our separation,” he said.

Whole Mess

Both halves of the couple are continuing to throw shade. Though there’s no hope of reconciling, we’re crossing our fingers that, one day, they can at least be as amicable of exes as some of their costars are.
