Former ‘Biggest Loser’ Champ Ali Vincent Says She’s Gained Back Nearly All the Weight She Lost
Last week marked eight years since Ali Vincent won The Biggest Loser. She recognized the occasion by sharing some somber news — since then, she’s gained back almost all of the 112 pounds she shed on the show — and is now back to weighing more than 200 pounds.
“On April 16, I did one of the hardest things in my life. I joined Weight Watchers and weighed in close to the weight I started at on The Biggest Loser. I swore I would never be there again, be here again,” she wrote in an emotional message on Facebook. “I couldn’t imagine a day again that I would weigh over 200 pounds. I feel ashamed. I feel embarrassed. I feel overwhelmed. I feel like a failure.”

She continued, “I remember wondering before if I was unhappy because I was heavy or heavy because I was unhappy, I realized it didn’t matter because both were true and I needed to do something about it. When I realized this, something just clicked and I did do something about it.”
Ali has already taken matters into her own hands.
In addition to joining Weight Watchers, she is tracking her steps and participating in a program called DietBet, which is a program that entices people to lose weight by making it an interactive “game.”
