Amanda Bynes Admits to Having Plastic Surgery: See Photos of Her Transformation

Amanda’s career began as a child star on Nickelodeon. She starred on All That from 1996 until 2000, as well as The Amanda Show from 1999 until 2002. Her first movie role was in 2002’s Big Fat Liar.

2004

Amanda went on to star in movies like What a Girl Wants, She’s the Man and Hairspray. She also had a starring role in TV’s What I Like About You from 2002-2006. Her last acting role was in the 2010 movie Easy A.

2011

In 2012, Amanda started making headlines again for all the wrong reasons when she was charged with Driving Under the Influence (DUI). In 2013, she was put on a 72-hour hold for mental health evaluation.

Her parents filed court documents to gain a temporary conservatorship over the actress. In the paperwork, they said, “She talks incessantly about cosmetic surgeries that she wants completed. She also encourages her mother to have plastic surgeries.”

2014

Amanda revealed on Twitter in 2013 that she had had a nose job done.

“The reason I’ve asked all magazines and blogs to stop using old photos of me is I don’t look like that anymore!” she explained. “I had a nose job to remove skin that was like a webbing in between my eyes. I wasn’t going to tell anyone, but I look so much prettier in my new photos that I don’t want old photos used anymore!”

During that time, the Sydney White star often tweeted about her appearance.

2023

In 2019, Amanda changed up her appearance again when she got a heart tattooed on her face. Less than three years later, she shared a video of the tattoo removal process.

However, she didn’t appear to fully go through with the removal. “Nobody cares any more if people have face tattoos,” she said on her podcast in December 2023, while still sporting the ink. “It shouldn’t matter.”

After fans began commenting on Amanda’s changed appearance in 2023, she confirmed that she had another plastic surgery procedure done.

“I was never open about this before, but I actually had blepharoplasty surgery on the skinfolds and the corner of my eyes,” she explained in a TikTok video “So, I don’t have those skinfolds anymore. It was one of the best things I could’ve ever done for my self-confidence, and it made me feel a lot better in my skin, so I just wanted to post about that just to clear up that rumor as to why I have a new look. I feel a lot better now about myself, and I’m so glad I had the blepharoplasty surgery. It was one of the greatest things I could’ve ever done.”
