“I adopt the parts I like about gay culture without dealing with any of the consequences of living as gay!” one Twitter user wrote, while another quipped, “This article grosses me out. [You’re] a talented guy, but seem to be completely oblivious to what is coming out of [your] mouth.”
The Amazing Spider-Man star did confirm later in the interview that he is not, in fact, actually gay.

“As far as I know, I am not a gay man,” he said. “Maybe I’ll have an awakening later in my life, which I’m sure will be wonderful and I’ll get to explore that part of the garden, but right now I’m secluded to my area, which is wonderful, as well.”
Andrew has yet to respond or apologize for the remarks.
We guess this is just another celebrity joke that has fallen very very flat…
