The thirst is real. Ayesha Curry opened up about her relationship with NBA star husband and longtime love, Stephen Curry, during a brand new episode of Red Table Talk, and the entrepreneur revealed how she deals with his groupies constantly trying to shoot their shot.

“Stephen is very nice by nature and he’s very talkative,” Ayesha said while chatting with Jada Pinkett Smith in a new teaser clip released on May 3. The star chef said that luckily, she’s learned how to handle situations like that. “Everything is always very friendly and sometimes to the point where I’m like, I’m a grown woman, so I’ll just insert myself. I’ll be like, ‘Hello. How are you doing?’”

Ayesha, 30, was joined by Steph’s mother, Sonya Curry, sister-in-law, Sydel Curry-Lee, and her future sister-in-law, Callie Rivers, during the sit-down interview. “I’m OK with it now and obviously, you know the devil is a liar,” Ayesha continued. “The ladies will always be lurking, hoping for their moment and waiting. But for me, I honestly hate it.” Based on her response, it looks like she deals with the groupies like a pro and doesn’t play any games.

Steph, 31, and Ayesha were high school sweethearts and they soon took their romance to the next level, getting married in July 2011. Now, the couple are proud parents of three adorable kids, Riley, 6, Ryan, 3, and 10-month-old son Canon. Of course, fans can’t get enough of their darling family.

So how do they keep the spark alive? “Putting ourselves first, and making sure that we make time for date nights and for each other,” Ayesha revealed to HelloGiggles.com during their interview back in January 2019. “That’s been very important, as hard as it is. Because when you become a parent, you want to put your kids first, and we do, but we do it second to our relationship.”
