Daddy duties! It seems like Ben Affleck has a whole new outlook on life now that he completed his most recent rehab stint. In the weeks since he left rehab, the Justice League star finally finalized his divorce from ex-wife Jennifer Garner and he has been spending a lot of quality time with their children lately, and it looks like the family outings are really ramping as the holiday season picks up. Over the weekend, Ben was spotted Christmas tree shopping and making very valuable memories with his three kids — Violet, 12, Seraphina, 9, and Samuel, 6. Ben, 46, looked happy and healthy as he and his family arrived at the Christmas tree in the Pacific Palisades neighborhood of Los Angeles on Saturday.

The Hollywood star has struggled with his sobriety over the years, and back in October he revealed that he is committed to his sobriety now more than ever.

Ben’s sobriety will always be a work in progress.

“Battling any addiction is a lifelong and difficult struggle. Because of that, one is never really in or out of treatment,” he wrote in his Instagram statement. “It is a full-time commitment. I am fighting for myself and my family.”

And his ex-wife is willing to continue to help.

Despite their divorce, Jen is still determined to make sure Ben is a part of his kids’ lives — and she even agreed to spend Thanksgiving with Ben and their kids together as a family.

Holidays will always equal family time.

“Jen, Ben, and the kids were in Montana for Thanksgiving,” an insider previously revealed to People. “This was long planned. They always celebrate big holidays together as a family.”
