Bobby Brown and His Wife Celebrate With a Baby Shower as Bobbi Kristina Remains in the Hospital
Despite his daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown’s ongoing health crisis, Bobby Brown still has plenty of reasons to smile — and he’s about to get one more.
The 46-year-old singer and his pregnant wife, Alicia, celebrated a baby shower this weekend.
The baby, who is due sometime this summer, is Bobby’s sixth child and his second by his manager-turned-wife.
In addition to Bobbi Kristina, he’s father to a five-year-old son, Cassius, by Alicia, and three adult children — son Landon, 26, with his former flame Melika Williams, and daughter LaPrincia, 25, and son Bobby Jr., 21 with ex-girlfriend Kim Ward.

The celebration came shortly after TMZ reported that a judge appointed Bobby and his former father- and mother-in-law, Pat and Cissy Houston, co-guardians of Krissi, who — despite suffering “global and irreversible brain damage” — is said to be breathing on her own.
The ruling means that Bobby and the Houstons will determine medical care for the late Whitney Houston’s daughter, though a third party was appointed as a conservator to handle all financial and legal matters on Bobbi Kristina’s behalf.
