The blonde bombshell and Brody first sparked dating rumors on August 11 — just nine days after his split from his ex-wife, Kaitlynn Carter, was confirmed. Fans noticed that Josie had commented a heart emoji on his photo, and Brody’s mother, Linda Thompson, responded to Josie’s message with two kissy face emojis.

Can’t Get Enough of Each Other

The pair — who was introduced by Brody’s friends and costars Brandon Thomas Lee and Frankie Delgado — has been flaunting their new romance all over Los Angeles. Josie and the handsome hunk were spotted at his band, AHZ’s gig at the 1720 warehouse club on August 16. Prior to that, they were seen on August 14 at the Warwick nightclub in Hollywood.

Kaitlynn and Brody have both moved on rather quickly since their breakup. “Brody says he’s really into Josie and loves parading around with a Victoria’s Secret model on his arm,” a source exclusively told In Touch. “They’re not moving as quickly as Miley [Cyrus] and Kaitlynn though, and it’s still early days.”

However, it seems like Kaitlynn, 30, has no ill will toward her ex. “Kaitlynn doesn’t care that Brody is dating Josie,” the insider added, “There have never been any jealously issues between the two of them.”

After Kaitlynn was spotted canoodling and making out with the “Malibu” crooner, 26, in Italy, Liam Hemsworth decided to end his relationship with Miley for good. “While she’s moved on, she expected him to wait so they could both make the decision together. The bottom line is, Liam has had enough of Miley’s attention-seeking ways and wants out,” another insider revealed.

The source noted that Brody “remains friends” with his ex Kaitlynn and Miley, but The Hunger Games star, 29, “doesn’t want any part of it.”

At the end of the day, Brody has nothing but love for his ex. After people called out Kaitlynn for developing feelings for someone else, the MTV personality defended the New Hampshire native. “There is far too much negativity being directed at someone who I love and care about very much. I feel the need to set the story straight,” he wrote on Instagram on August 16. “Kaitlynn and I have been best friends for six years, and we continue to be. We, like many others before us and many after us, grew in different directions over those same six years. Kaitlynn is a wonderful person, beautiful and fun to be with, always a positive force in my life. We decided the best move for both of us was to keep our love for each other strong but move forward separately with our lives. I respect Kaitlynn and care deeply about her.
