It’s the perfect night for a red carpet debut! Six months after they tied the knot, Chris Evans and his wife, Alba Baptista, attended their first official event as a couple following the 2024 Academy Awards. The lovebirds looked incredible at the star-studded Vanity Fair Oscars party on Sunday, March 10.

While Chris, 42, and Alba, 26, have kept their relationship very low-key, they looked right at home posing for pictures together at the A-list event. Although they started dating in 2021, this was the first time they ever walked the red carpet together.

Date Night!

The actor matched the red carpet in his suit for the event, while his bride kept it simple in a strapless dress. She accessorized with a chunky diamond necklace that added some flair to her empty neckline.

Look of Love

The couple couldn’t keep their eyes off each other as they took photos on the red carpet. Chris and Alba’s relationship was confirmed in November 2022. At the time, it was reported that they had already been together for “over a year.”

Red Carpet Ready

While Chris appeared to be sporting a bit of a longer hairstyle, Alba had her locks pulled back into an updo.

The pair’s post-Oscars outing came more than a year after they went Instagram official. In January 2023, Chris posted a montage looking back on the previous year and it included several photos of Alba.

Newlywed Bliss

Chris and Alba got married in September 2023. “It was really, really great,” the Captain America star gushed. “We had two ceremonies. We had one on the east coast. We did one in Portugal.”

After walking the red carpet, Chris and Alba got to head inside the exclusive party. It was attended by dozens of stars, including those who had attended the Oscars earlier in the evening.
