Jenelle Evans‘ ex-husband Courtland Rogers has found himself back in trouble with the law again after being arrested on Aug. 26.

The former reality star was booked on one misdemeanor count of assaulting a female on Sunday.

Courtland’s bond has been set at $100,000 after he was brought in by the Leland, NC, police force.

According to a warrant obtained by TMZ, Courtland is believed to have attacked a woman named Lindsey Frazier, who may be his wife Lindsey Rogers. He allegedly slapped her, dragged her by the hair, threatened her and her family’s lives, and smashed her phone to prevent her from calling 911.

Courtland’s wife, Lindsey, has not spoken out. She has seemingly deleted her Twitter account, which was “@GypsyLindz31.”

Courtland and Lindsey just recently welcomed a son named Camryn five months ago, on March 30.

This is actually Courtland’s third arrest of 2018. He was put behind bars just ten days after his son’s arrival on April 10 for possession with intent to sell and deliver a schedule III substance, which was a Class 1 felony.

Courtland had just gotten out of jail on March 19 for a prior arrest. The Aug. 26 arrest is the most serious yet; his first offense including violence. We hope Lindsey and Camryn are both okay.
