The ‘Jersey Shore’ star is currently on trial after being charged with tax fraud last September. The 32-year-old and his brother were arrested and accused of tax evasion, with prosecutors saying he failed to pay taxes on nearly $9 million in income following his success on MTV.

Though the trial is delayed until the fall, he faces up to 11 years behind bars for the alleged crimes.

Last year, ‘In Touch Weekly’ exclusively reported the ‘Teen Mom’ star, 23, owed the IRS $78,308 for income earned during the year 2011 alone.

At the time, a source told the mag, “She’s in denial. She needs to find a way to pay back this money. She’s gotten herself into a lot of trouble.”

Well, we bet the return of her MTV reality show — rebranded as ‘Teen Mom OG’ — helped this mom (who is currently pregnant with baby No. 2) financially!

Lindsay Lohan

In February 2013, the 28-year-old actress was slapped with a third tax lien — stating that she owed Uncle Sam a little more than a pretty penny! She allegedly owed the state of California $56,717.90 in back taxes for the year 2011 alone.

She had previously been issued liens for owing $93,701.57 in 2009 and $140,203.30 the following year.

Lauryn Hill

The singer, 39, served about three months behind bars after pleading guilty to several counts of tax evasion.

She admitted to failing to pay federal taxes on nearly $2 million on income earned between 2005 and 2007. She forked over about $970,000 in back taxes and penalties she incurred before turning herself in to the Federal Corrections Institute in Danbury, Conn. She was let out early on good behavior.

Joe Giudice

When the ‘Real Housewives of New Jersey’ star, 42, was charged with conspiracy to commit mail fraud, wire fraud and bank fraud, as well as bankruptcy fraud, the indictment also accused Joe of failure to file tax returns in 2004 to 2008 (during which time he allegedly earned a million bucks).

His wife, Teresa Giudice, is currently behind bars, serving time for her involvement with the charges. As part of a plea deal, he'll spend 41 months in prison and will pay his owed back taxes to the state.

Martha Stewart

Long before the famous homemaker served jail time for insider trading, the 73-year-old was charged with tax evasion for failing to pay more than $200,000 in property tax for her East Hampton, N.Y., home.

Nicolas Cage

In 2009, the 51-year-old actor was hit with a tax lien against his real estate properties because the IRS alleged he owed $14 million in federal income tax.

At the time, he responded with a $20 million lawsuit against his business manager, Samuel Levin, citing negligence and fraud for his financial decline, but the biz manager countered by saying Nic’s irresponsible spending and carelessness was to blame for his money problems.

He’s been hard at work making sure the IRS gets the money they’re owed.

Josh Duggar

Shortly after ‘In Touch Weekly’ reported that father-of-three Josh Duggar was issued a tax lien for owing $3,746.20 to the State of Arkansas, he told the mag all his debts were paid.

But the state government tells a different story. A clerk for the Washington County Circuit Court says the 27-year-old, who is expecting his fourth child, has accumulated more than $14,000 in back taxes since 2009, and he’s still in indebted to the government.
