Fans Are Convinced Joseph Duggar and Kendra Caldwell Are Tying the Knot — This Weekend!
Is another Duggar about to say 'I do'?! Rumors have been swirling that Counting On star Joseph Duggar and his 19-year-old girlfriend, Kendra Caldwell, are tying the knot — this weekend!
The 22-year-old — who is one of 19 children — got engaged back in May after about three months of courting, the Duggar family practice of dating someone with the intent of getting married. Fans have noticed that his siblings have followed a similar pattern of a three-month courtship, followed by a three-month engagement, and concluding with a wedding of about 1,000 guests. Based on this, guests should be making their way to Arkansas — their home state — right now!

Adding fuel to the rumor is the fact that the couple had their joint bachelor-bachelorette party three weeks ago — also customary in the Duggar universe. (Apparently, they like the number three)! And although there's a date set on their wedding registry — Oct. 7 — people believe it's just a decoy.
Earlier this month, the the TLC family took to Facebook to share a few seemingly innocent photos of Kendra for her birthday. Yet it didn't take fans long to find something wrong with the post. The three images, which all included her fiancé, struck a nerve with some folks. "I was disappointed all the photos are her and Joseph, not even one of just her alone," one commenter wrote. After all, it was her special day. Others took offense to their use of the phrase "precious young lady" in the caption, which many found demeaning. "It’s infantilizing, is what it is," someone wrote. "Women and children get called 'precious' all the time – I can’t recall a single instance of someone in the Duggar family talking about a 'precious young man.'"
Only time will tell if these two get hitched this weekend! One thing's for sure, though, whenever they do have the ceremony, we can expect to see it all documented on Counting On!
