OMG Did Paul and Karine From ’90 Day Fiancé’ Get Married or Not?! Now Paul Says They Faked It
We literally cannot keep up with the drama from these two! Paul Staehle and Karine Martins from 90 Day Fiancé spinoff Before the 90s Days are always super dramatic and have been on-and-off since we met them, but the biggest question remains: are they married or not?! Here’s what we know so far.
First of all, fans assumed that Paul and Karine, who are both currently living in Karine’s home country of Brazil, got married when Karine changed her last name on social media to “Staehle.” Then a photo surfaced of the two of them at their alleged wedding, where Karine is kissing Paul and wearing a wedding dress. The photo was uploaded by a fan after being deleted by Paul.
However, on Feb. 14 (after accusing Karine of cheating on him) Paul took to Facebook to say that he never, in fact, married Karine. When a fan mentioned the photo, he said that it was simply Photoshopped, though other photos Karine has uploaded show her with the same hair and makeup, and the same background with her family members.
Despite Paul’s denial, Karine’s friend Joe DeVito, who is at the center of cheating allegations, told In Touch exclusively that Karine was definitely married. “She was with Paul at the time — which I didn’t know she had a husband when I started talking to her either,” he said, also confirming that the duo married in Brazil and Karine refers to Paul as “her husband.” She’s also hinted at divorce, according to Joe, but it doesn’t sound like she’s pulled the trigger.
We may never know for sure whether or not Paul and Karine ever got married, but with the constant cheating accusations and social media meltdowns, we just can’t imagine them lasting very long.
