Kim Zolciak Says Her Son Kash Biermann Has “Healed up Incredibly” After His “Traumatic” Dog Bite
Good news for little Kash Biermann — he’s doing okay!
His momma, Don’t Be Tardy star Kim Zolciak took to Instagram to give fans an update on her four-year-old son after he sustained injuries and had to get emergency surgery after a dog bite three weeks ago — and she shared the first photo of his traumatic injuries on Instagram.
"Kash has healed up incredibly and has perfect vision in his left eye," the 38-year-old wrote. "Stitches on his water line and his eyeball was never touched! We are so incredibly thankful and blessed! In no time he will heal up perfectly and you will never know this happened!"

She also gushed about how “incredible” her 31-year-old hubby has been. She said that the former Atlanta Falcons linebacker helped calm her nerves and held her hand as they cared for their son after his surgery — being the strong rock and support system she needed to get through their son’s ordeal.
“I always knew he would but when you are faced with something so terrifying and horrific, he could [have] crumbled just like I did, but he didn't. He held us all together,” she wrote on Instagram.
On Sunday, April 23, the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star shared a photo of her little boy laying on a hospital bed and revealed in the caption that he had gotten bit by a dog and suffered “traumatic injuries.” He had to undergo surgery and Kim was forced to pull out of a Watch What Happens Live appearance in order to take care of her little “Kashew.”
Kim and Kroy have been married since 2011, and the couple shares four children together— five-year-old Kroy Jr., Kash, and three-year-old twins Kane and Kaia. Kim also has a 20-year-old daughter named Brielle and 15-year-old daughter Ariana from previous relationships.
