Loren and Alexei announced their third pregnancy in May 2022 and welcomed their daughter, Ariel Raya, in September 2022. During her pregnancy, Loren told Us Weekly that she knew she would want a “mommy makeover.”

“[I want to do] everything,” she said. “We’re gonna tuck this in. We’re gonna get these out. We’re gonna tighten here. You know, nothing crazy. [But] if I’m under, I’m under, just do it.”

September 2023: Pre-Surgery

On the day of her surgery, Loren shared a selfie with her plastic surgeon, Dr. Dev Vibhakar, DO, FACS.

Loren quickly updated fans after the surgery with photos and videos of herself all bandaged up. “Thank you EVERYONE for your kind words and well wishes for a smooth recovery!!!” she wrote on her Instagram Stories. “I couldn’t be happier with @drdevvdo and @peaceloveplasticsurgery – truly AMAZING!!!”

September 2023: 1 Week Post-Op

Loren shared an update a week after her surgery. “Stitches out. Drains out. Mama is on her way!” she captioned a photo of herself and her doctor. Loren also addressed criticism over the term “natural mommy makeover,” explaining that it’s natural because she used “my own fat and didn’t put anything in me.”

September 2023: Healing

After two weeks, Loren posted a mirror selfie of her unique recovery outfit: a pair of shorts over leggings and a brace around her tummy, as well as a zip-up bralette.

October 2023: 1 Month Post-Op

Loren looked fantastic as she showed off her post-op figure in biker shorts and a zip-up bra. She also included some more selfies with her surgeon as she raved about him in the caption.

“My hips don’t lie! I can’t believe I am 1 month post op already! l love sharing this journey with you, so I hope you continue following it with me!” she wrote. “I will always say that @drdevvdo was the BEST decision I made (after Alex of course).”

November 2023: 2 Months Post-Op

Loren showed off her trim body and flat tummy two months after undergoing her mommy makeover. “2 months of loving my joojed body!” she captioned the mirror selfies.

Loren shared a six-month post-op update on March 12, 2024. “Feeling good at my 6 months checkup! So grateful for all of you on this journey with me and obviously couldn’t be luckier for @drdevvdo and his team!” she captioned a carousel of photos from her appointment. “So proud of my body for carrying and delivering 3 babies in 2 1/2 years via c-section … now time to focus on the next chapter of loving my mommy makeover (tummy tuck, 360 lipo with a fat transfer) and focusing on self love!”
