He’s part of the family! Country star Miranda Lambert and her husband, Brendan McLoughlin, spent some quality time with her fam as they celebrated two very monumental moments — not only was it Miranda’s parents’ 40th anniversary, but it was also Miranda’s mom’s 60th birthday this weekend. The 35-year-old took to Instagram on Sunday, August 25, to share some cute family photos from the weekend’s festivities, which included a sweet photo of Miranda and her hubby looking all loved up on the ‘gram. It seems like Brendan, 29, and Miranda have been spending a lot of quality time together as newlyweds. The former NYPD cop even walked the ACM Honors blue carpet with her on Wednesday, August 21.

In fact, the couple even spent a couple of weeks in Brendan’s hometown of NYC, where they stayed at the $2 million New York City apartment that Miranda bought for herself and Brendan, as In Touch magazine previously reported.

After announcing their wedding in February, Miranda has “totally upgraded Brendan’s life,” an insider exclusively told In Touch back in May.

“Being a young NYPD officer, he wasn’t exactly rolling in money. But it seems Miranda likes spoiling him and doesn’t mind spending money to make him happy,” the source added.

And Brendan seems perfectly happy with living full time in Tennessee with Miranda while visiting his native NYC every now and then. “He loves Tennessee and wouldn’t move back to New York because he’s so happy there,” a source exclusively told In Touch back in July. “He loves the Tennessee lifestyle.”
