Kelly Osbourne, 38

After giving birth to son Sid in 2022, the 5-foot-2 star says she made it her “mission” to lose the baby weight and ended up dropping 85 pounds. Now, she admits, “I went a little too far.”
Nutrition expert Dr. Pescatore, who estimates she’s 105 pounds, agrees: “She has no boobs, and her face has no volume.”

“I never want to be ‘too skinny’ and set that kind of example for the young ones that keep up with me on social media,” insists the 5-foot-9 actress. But fans accused her of doing just that. “Check out those ribs!” notes Dr. Pescatore, who believes she dropped from 150 pounds to 125. “Her arms, neck and waist have all shrunk.”

Julianne Hough, 35

The 5-foot-3 actress and dancer has confessed she was “killing herself” to stay thin when she first came to Hollywood: “I was so miserable. I wasn’t healthy.” Now, fans fear she may be doing it again. ”She’s lost volume in the hips, and her lower back fat appears to have vanished,” says Dr. Pescatore, adding he believes she weighs about 110 pounds.

Emily Ratajkowski, 32

“When I’m really unwell, I lose so much weight,” the 5-foot-7 model confessed in 2022. “I was down to 100 pounds recently, and it was really, really scary.” Dr. Pescatore believes she’s now back up to 120, but notes that she looked healthiest at 135: “She still has a sunken-in stomach.”

Nicole Kidman, 56

”She is tall and gets super bony and more angular when she loses weight,” Dr. Pescatore, author of The Hamptons Diet, says of Nicole Kidman, estimating that she’s lost 15 pounds and now weighs 125, which is below the healthy weight for her 5-foot-11 stature.
