What a special moment! 90 Day Fiancé star Paola Mayfield has been very outspoken about her decision to breastfeed her one-month-old son Axel, but on February 4 she actually shared a photo of the “bonding” experience for the first time. Paola took to Instagram on February 4 to get real about breastfeeding. In the caption of this stunning photo, she wrote, “My morning. Axel and Mommy bonding 🤱🏻 #dontlikeitdontlook #breastfeeding #bondingwithbaby #breastfeedinginpublic #breastfeedingmom #breastfeedwithoutfear #normalizebreastfeeding.” Yes girl!

While Pao hashtagged “breastfeedinginpublic” she admitted to a fan in the comments that she hasn’t actually done that yet. However, she totally will!

She also admitted that she speaks to her baby son in Spanish, so he will understand her native language when he gets older.

But back to breastfeeding … Paola was more than happy to share all of her best tips with one curious fan and mother, including how to hold the baby and how to get him to latch successfully.

Another follower was concerned that Pao might fall asleep breastfeeding and suffocate Axel, to which she promised her mothers’ instinct would wake her up.

All of the support on her Instagram seemed to inspire Pao to do a full YouTube video on breastfeeding, which she promised is coming soon.

For example, when new 90DF mom Kalani was attacked for breastfeeding during the show reunion, Pao lent her support. Kalani wrote, “If I didn’t need to cover up when half of my boobs were out for decoration, why would I magically need to cover up 1/4 of a single boob that was being used to nurse? If you think breastfeeding in public is comparable to sh–ting in public, please make sure you try the latter in front of a cop.”

However, on the same day as the breastfeeding post, Paola revealed that she’s actually not working out yet. She wanted to wait at least a month and not push too hard.

Well, she was in great shape to begin with which already makes the bounce-back faster. She also revealed she’s eating super healthy.
