Best friends forever. Machine Gun Kelly turned 29 years old on Monday, Aprill 22 and of course, Pete Davidson was right by his side to help him celebrate. The two have become extremely close, and honestly, the 25-year-old’s heartwarming gift to MGK, whose real name is Colson Baker, basically proves so. Pete’s present to the talented artist was a black and white diamond Rolex watch which, by the way, is valued at $53,000. Um, Pete, are you looking for a new bestie?

The musician celebrated his big day by throwing together a dinner party of 25 people at Tao in Los Angeles. The comedian was not the only A-lister in attendance, as Michael B. Jordan, and musicians Marilyn Manson and Tommy Lee also decided to join in the fun. After dinner, the dynamic duo decided to take their talents to a house party.

This is most definitely not the first time the two were BFF goals. The studs recently took a lie detector test with Vanity Fair to prove that their bromance is the real deal. The Dirt star praised his bestie for his SNL talents and even admitted to “watching [Pete’s] parts every week.” How cute! Later, MGK asked the Staten Island native if John Mulaney was his best friend … instead of him, basically confronting his biggest fear head-on. But don’t worry, Pete’s answer was perfect. “Yes, but you’re also my best friend, I can have two best friends,” he responded. The Ohio native further asked if they would be best friends forever, “absolutely 100 percent,” Pete confessed. Yup, we believe it!

MGK has been there for Pete through the good and the bad but really showed his love back in December 2018, when Pete wrote a pretty scary message on social media that had fans extremely concerned. Following his split from Ariana Grande, Pete took to Instagram to open up about how he was feeling. “I really don’t want to be on this earth anymore. I’m doing my best to stay here for you, but I actually don’t know how much longer I can last. All I’ve ever tried to do was help people. Just remember I told you so.” Almost immediately after, MGK tweeted: “I’m [on] the plane now on the way to see Pete. Gonna make sure he’s good, I promise. Can’t have my boy in the darkness like that.” Later that night, the two were photographed embracing each other outside of SNL’s production studios. We’re glad these two will always be there for one another.
