Robert Pattinson Is Open to Another ‘Twilight’ Movie!

Looks like it may be time to bust out the ol’ “Team Edward” shirts (or “Team Jacob” — we don’t judge…)! Robert Pattinson recently did an interview and opened up about possibly returning to his roots and doing another Twilight movie — and we were thrilled to learn he’d be open to reviving his role of Edward Cullen! R. Pattz isn’t the only one who seems to be interested in reviving the beloved series, based on the bestselling novels of the same name. Earlier this month, Lionsgate CEO Jon Feltheimer hinted at the possibility of reviving the hugely popular franchise on a quarterly earnings call when he revealed, “There a lot more stories to be told, and we’re ready to tell them when our creators are ready to tell those stories.”

Of course, there’s plenty of source material; in 2015, Twilight author Stephenie Meyer published Life and Death, a gender-swapped version of the classic love story. Additionally, that same year, she said she’d be open to writing another sequel about Jacob Black and Renesmee Cullen’s love story. Well, if/when this happens — we’re so here for it!
