J.D. on Scrubs may be a dreamer, but there is one thing he definitely didn’t need to fantasize about — women!

While there were some definite ups and downs in the love life of the young doctor, played by Zach Braff, he was lucky enough to have a variety of beautiful and interesting women (who are as beautiful and interesting in real life as they were on the show) as his love interests!

Since walking out of J.D.’s life one last time, the real Danni — Tara Reid, 41 — has found her niche doing some very important work: fighting off Shark-infested waterspouts in not one, not two, not three but five different Sharknado movies. It’s a tough job — but someone’s gotta do it, right?!

Elizabeth Bogush (Alex Hanson)

Alex’s relationship with J.D. may not have lasted very long — but, thankfully, the same can’t be said about Elizabeth’s career! The 40-year-old has had roles in NCIS: Los Angeles, The Messengers, and The Young and The Restless. She has been married to TV exec Lukas Reiter since 2005, and the two share a four-year-old daughter, Spencer.

The mother-of-two, 43, is undoubtedly one of the hardest working ladies in Hollywood! She has shown off her talents both in front of and behind the camera in The Hunger Games and Pitch Perfect franchises, and was recently named the fifth highest grossing actress of all time. Go, girl!

Heather Graham (Molly Clock)

Heather Graham’s time on Scrubs may not have been long, but it sure was memorable (and we didn’t even have to put our hands on her face and repeat her lines to make sure of it!). Since then, she has kept busy with movie roles in nearly every genre — most notably, The Hangover and Flowers in the Attic. Up next, you can catch her in Half Magic, which she also wrote and directed.

Chrystee Pharris (Kylie)

Though we loved Chyrstee, 41, as Kylie on Scrubs, she is best known for her role on the daytime soap Passions. She also appeared on other beloved shows such as Castle and Nashville.

Amy Smart (Jamie “Tasty Coma Wife” Moyer)

The former model, 41, has had an impressive a career — though we’ll always think of her as TCW. She had recurring roles on Shameless and Men at Work and big screen parts in flicks such as The Single Moms Club. She has been married to fellow model Carter Oosterhouse since 2011, and they two are parents to nearly one-year-old daughter, Flora.

The 37-year-old enjoyed a regular role on Witches of East End, and will soon star in The Stray and The Terror of Hallow’s Eve. She and her lawyer husband Matthew Jacobs have one child, six-year-old son Oliver.

While her stint on Scrubs as icy-cold malpractice attorney Neena Broderick was short-lived, Julianna, 51, remained a staple on the silver screen thanks to her Emmy Award-winning performance on The Good Wife, which ended in 2015. She and her husband Keith Lieberthal have a nine-year-old son, Kieran.

Christa Miller (Jordan Sullivan)

The mother-of-three, 53, is married to the creator of Scrubs, Bill Lawrence. So it’s not surprising that she was also a star of his show Cougar Town!

Donald Faison (Christopher Duncan Turk)

Any real fan knows that there wasn’t a single love interest that could compete with J.D. and Turk’s Guy Love! After Scrubs, the 43-year-old went on to star in The Exes and marry CaCee Cobb, with whom he shares two kids (he’s also a proud papa to four older children from previous relationships). He and J.D. Zach are still besties IRL.
