The Teen Mom OG star recently teased the idea of a "mommy makeover" — and in her latest Instagram photos, featuring new hair AND a new body, we can see she had plastic surgery.
The reality star is rocking short, blonde locks in addition to a larger chest area. She confirmed on Instagram that she in fact had a breast lift and body contouring done.
