The penthouse also offers quite a view with a balcony that wraps around the building. While chatting with the outlet on February 6, Clearwater resident Clay Irwin shared details about Tom’s new place, claiming that city officials kept his move “hush-hush.”

“They blocked off the street for the last three days,” Clay said. “They’ve been craning everything in.”

The actor’s home reportedly consists of the top floors of the Scientology-owned building and Clay said movers recently lifted “light fixtures” and “custom furniture all day and night.”
