Though she admits that there are some people who hate on her transformation, the outspoken reality star doesn’t let that get her down too much! The 55-year-old isn’t afraid to tell it like it is, and she defends all the procedures she’s undergone.

“Most people say [my new face] looks good, some people say you shouldn’t have done anything, you were beautiful before,” she has said. “It’s done, it’s over with, it’s finished.”

Though she defends her choices, she insists that she hasn’t changed all that much about her appearance. When the reality star looks in the mirror, she admits that she feels all-in-all the same, and doesn’t understand what the big deal is.

“I don’t feel like I look much different. But I’ll do whatever I have to do to keep looking my best whether it’s working out, eating healthy, getting a tweak,” she has said. “It’s my body. I’ll do whatever I want.”

Though she is unapologetic about the procedures, she admits to some regrets. Namely, she wishes she didn’t go under the knife so close to the filming of Housewives.

“I do regret having my nose and my chin done two weeks before filming four years ago,” she tells People. “I thought we were going to have a break of two to three months and all of a sudden cameras were up and I was like a moon face. I was so swollen and I couldn’t move my mouth and it was totally embarrassing. And that’s forever on DVDs for the rest of my life so I regret doing that surgery right before we started filming.”
